Thromboscar Gel

Thromboscar Gel is for external use only. It should be applied as per dose and duration suggested by the doctor. Applying it at the same time every day will help you remember to use it. The affected area should be clean and dry before application of the medicine. You must wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying this medicine. Do not stop using it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better.

It is generally safe to use medicine with no common side effects. Avoid direct contact with eyes, nose, or mouth. If accidental exposure occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Before using this medicine inform your doctor if you are pregnant.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Thromboscar Gel is a combination of three medicines: Extractum Cepae-Cepalin, Heparin and Allantoin. Extractum Cepae-Cepalin is an anti-scar medicine. It works by suppressing the activity of a chemical (PGF beta-1) which is involved in inflammation (swelling) and hypertrophic scarring process after injury. Heparin is an anticoagulant. It widens the blood vessels to dissolve blood clots and promote blood flow at the injured site. Allantoin is a skin protectant. It moisturizes the skin and relieves minor irritation.
