Product introduction
Trigenic Eye Drop is for external use only. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash your hands before and after applying the medicine. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid. Do not use more than you need, it will not clear your condition faster and may only increase the side effects. Do not use it for longer than your doctor has told you to and let him or her know if your condition does not improve after 2 to 4 weeks of treatment. You can help the medicine work better by keeping the affected areas clean, making sure they are dry, and washing your hands before and after treating the infection.
It may cause eye irritation and blur the vision immediately following the application. However, these side effects are temporary and usually subside on their own. Inform your doctor if they persist for a longer duration. Do not wear contact lenses while using it. Do not use the open bottle for more than 4 weeks.
It is not likely that other medicines you take by mouth or injection will affect the way this medicine works, but talk to your doctor before using it if you have recently used another medicine for allergy. This medicine should only be used if it is clearly needed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor if it is safe.

Frequently asked questions
Trigenic Eye Drop is used to relieve red, itchy, and watery eyes due to allergies.
This medicine is safe and effective if used in the dose and duration advised by your doctor.
Before the start of the treatment, inform your doctor if you have any problems with your eyesight, or severe eye pain had a recent eye injury, recently had conjunctivitis, have dry eyes, or have glaucoma (due to increased eye pressure).
Always wash your hands before (and after) using Trigenic Eye Drop. This prevents you from passing the infection from one eye to the other. Remove the cap just before using your medicine and replace it as soon as you have finished. Avoid touching the nozzle of the bottle with your fingers. Tilt your head back and gently pull down your lower eyelid with a clean finger. Hold the bottle over the eye and allow a single drop to fall into the space between your lower lid and your eye. Close your eye and gently press your finger over the inside corner of your eye (over the eyelid) for about a minute. This helps prevent the drop from draining out of the eye. Repeat in your other eye if your doctor has told you to do this.
If you usually wear contact lenses, do not wear them while you're using Trigenic Eye Drop. You can re-insert the lens 15 minutes after using Trigenic Eye Drop. Contact your doctor if there is any eye irritation that persists.
Stinging, burning sensation, itching, and irritation are some of the side effects of this medicine. However, it subsides after some time. In case, it continues for a long period of time or becomes worse, consult your doctor.
If you happen to miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up for the missed dose. Discuss this with your healthcare provider. In order to avoid missing a dose, use a calendar, pillbox, alarm clock, or cell phone alert to help you remember to take your medication. You may also ask a family member a friend to remind you or check in with you to be sure you are taking your medication.
Do not worry if a few more drops of Trigenic Eye Drop accidentally falls into your eye. However, try to be careful and inform your doctor if you notice any side effects.
You do not need to refrigerate Trigenic Eye Drop after opening the bottle. However, store it in a cool and dry place, below 30℃. Make sure to use it within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.
