Vomblis-O Tablet is taken without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.

The most common side effects are diarrhea, stomach pain, constipation, flatulence, headache, and fatigue. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any side effects. To overcome constipation, you should add fibre-rich foods in your diet and stay hydrated.

Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. You should also tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney diseases so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you.

It is also effective at preventing nausea and vomiting after an operation (in adults only). The dose will depend on what you are being treated for but always take this medicine as it is prescribed.

Vomblis-O Tablet helps treat nausea and vomiting.
Take it one hour before meal, preferably in the morning.
It is fast-acting and starts working within 30 minutes.
If you vomit within one hour of taking a dose, take another dose.
Avoid heavy meals and sip water regularly while taking this medicine.
Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea, fever, or stomach pain that does not go away.

Kidney

Vomblis-O Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Vomblis-O Tablet is recommended.

Liver

CAUTION

Vomblis-O Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Vomblis-O Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
A lower dose may be advised in patients with liver disease and who have to take this medicine for a long time.
