You should always use it as advised by your doctor but to get the full benefit you should take it regularly. It may take a few days for the spray to take full effect. If you do not see an improvement in your symptoms after a week you should talk to your doctor.

The most common side effects of Wisel-F Nasal Spray include nasal discomforts such as burning or itching. It can also cause nosebleeds, nasal inflammation, and headaches in some patients. Talk to your doctor if you are worried about side effects or they do not go away. This medicine may lower the ability of your body to fight off infections, so try to stay away from someone having chickenpox, measles, or tuberculosis. In general, you should try to avoid situations which make your symptoms worse (things like pollen and dust mites), and it would be best to avoid smoking.

Before starting to use this medicine you should let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, discuss the risks and benefits with your healthcare team. How to use Wisel-F Nasal Spray

Repeat the same process for the other nostrils.

Wisel-F Nasal Spray is a corticosteroid, which works by decreasing the inflammation caused by allergies. It reduces inflammation by blocking the release of certain natural substances that cause allergic symptoms such as swelling, redness and pain.
In very rare cases, Wisel-F Nasal Spray can cause serious allergic reactions such as rash, hives, breathing difficulty, swelling of the face, throat, and tongue. It may also cause low blood pressure which may further cause lightheadedness and the patient may even faint. You should immediately contact your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms as it could be life threatening.
Wisel-F Nasal Spray being a corticosteroid weakens the immune system of the body. It could have because of this that your brother developed chickenpox. You should immediately stop the medication and contact the doctor. The doctor may consider treating it with antiviral agents.
It is recommended that you take the nasal spray as long as you are exposed to the allergen. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
Usual doses of Wisel-F Nasal Spray can be tolerated by most people for long periods of time. Thrush is a fungal infection of the nose and throat caused by candida. Wisel-F Nasal Spray can cause thrush as a common side effect. To avoid getting fungal infections, you should thoroughly rinse your mouth after using a nasal spray. If you experience any redness or white colored patches in your nose or mouth, inform your doctor.
No, Wisel-F Nasal Spray is only meant for allergic rhinitis and should not be taken for common cold. Symptoms of common cold can be due to viral infection and this medicine does not cure such infections. Therefore, you may not benefit from Wisel-F Nasal Spray.
