How Boric Acid + Naphazoline works
Boric Acid + Naphazoline is a combination of two medicines: boric acid and naphazoline. Boric acid is an antiseptic which treats bacterial infection in the eyes and relieves irritation. Naphazoline is a sympathomimetic-alpha 1 medicine which narrows the blood vessels in the eye, thereby reducing redness and swelling.
