Chlorthalidone + Efonidipine is a combination of diuretic and vasorelaxant medications. Chlorthalidone causes the kidneys to get rid of unneeded water and salt from the body into the urine. It leads to reduction in blood volume. Efonidipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels. Both ingredients work to reduce blood pressure.
