Cilnidipine+Irbesartan is used in the treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure).
How Cilnidipine + Irbesartan works
Cilnidipine + Irbesartan is a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine and Irbesartan which lower blood pressure effectively. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and Irbesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
Common side effects of Cilnidipine + Irbesartan
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Increased potassium level in blood, Dizziness, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Fatigue, Ankle swelling, Sleepiness, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Headache, Nausea, Palpitations, Edema (swelling)
