Daratumumab is used in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Daratumumab is a monoclonal antibodies, which are designed to recognise and attach to specific proteins on the surface of cancer cells. It shows its action by binding to specific cancer cells in the body and helps your immune system kills cancer.

Gastrointestinal toxicity, Respiratory tract infection, Increased liver enzymes, Headache, Decreased appetite, Joint inflammation, Chest pain, Decreased potassium level in blood, Weakness, Infection, Muscle spasm, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Peripheral edema, Infusion reaction, Altered blood cell count, Fatigue, Back pain
