How Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Menthol + Cetirizine + Phenylpropanolamine works

Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Menthol + Cetirizine + Phenylpropanolamine is a combination of four medicines: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide , Menthol , Cetirizine and Phenylpropanolamine which relieve dry cough. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Menthol produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Phenylpropanolamine is a sympathomimetic agonist. It narrows blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion.
