Ofloxacin + Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a combination of two medicines: Ofloxacin and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricating formulation which moistens the eyes/ears.
