Trametinib is used in the treatment of melanoma. If you miss a dose of $name, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Trametinib works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps stop the spread of cancer cells.
