Side Effects of Aceclo Spas are Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dryness in mouth, Dizziness, Vertigo, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Hypotension (low blood pressure), Fast heart rate, Sweating, Constipation, Indigestion, Abdominal pain, Increased liver enzymes.

How Aceclo Spas Products work

Drotaverine + Aceclofenac is a combination of two medicines: Drotaverine + Aceclofenac1 and Drotaverine + Aceclofenac2, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. Drotaverine + Aceclofenac1 is an anti-spasmodic medicine which relieves contractions (spasms) associated with smooth muscles in the abdomen. Drotaverine + Aceclofenac2 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling).
