How Bomox Products work

Amoxycillin + Carbocisteine is a combination of two medicines: Amoxycillin + Carbocisteine1 and Amoxycillin + Carbocisteine2 which treat respiratory tract infections associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Amoxycillin + Carbocisteine1 is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Amoxycillin + Carbocisteine2 is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Addition of Amoxycillin + Carbocisteine2 enhances the antibacterial effect of Amoxycillin + Carbocisteine1.
