How Celzid S Products work

Ceftazidime + Sulbactam is a combination of two medicines: Ceftazidime + Sulbactam1 and Ceftazidime + Sulbactam2. Ceftazidime + Sulbactam1 is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Ceftazidime + Sulbactam2 is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Ceftazidime + Sulbactam1 against bacteria.
