Side Effects of Clotop ND are Application site reactions (burning, irritation, itching and redness), Thinning of skin.

Nadifloxacin + Clobetasol is a combination of two medicines: Nadifloxacin + Clobetasol1 and Nadifloxacin + Clobetasol2 which treat skin infections. Nadifloxacin + Clobetasol1 is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Nadifloxacin + Clobetasol2 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.
