Side Effects of Drukof D are Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Vomiting, Headache, Nausea, Sedation, Double vision, Diarrhea, Dryness in mouth, Nervousness, Decreased appetite, Heartburn, Dizziness, Weakness, Discomfort when urinating, Polyuria, Urinary retention, Hallucination, Convulsion.

Phenylephrine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a combination of three medicines: Phenylephrine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide1, Phenylephrine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide2 and Phenylephrine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide3, which relieves dry cough.
