Azithromycin + Ornidazole + Fluconazole is a combination of two antibiotics (Azithromycin + Ornidazole + Fluconazole1 and Azithromycin + Ornidazole + Fluconazole2) and an antifungal (Azithromycin + Ornidazole + Fluconazole3). Azithromycin + Ornidazole + Fluconazole1 stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Azithromycin + Ornidazole + Fluconazole2 kills other microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA.
