Adtrol HD Tablet is a multivitamin used for the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis and osteomalacia. It also treats vitamin deficiency of D3 and Calcium. Vitamin D3 deficiency can cause poor absorption of calcium from the food consumed and this can eventually lead to improper supplementation of calcium to the bones causing Osteoporosis a condition where the body absorbs calcium from the bones leading to weaker bones.
