B12-SL Tablet is primarily used to prevent vitamin b12 deficiency and peripheral neuropathy. It is also used to prevent megaloblastic anaemia. Vitamin B12 deficiency occurs when the body has lower levels of vitamin B12 than normal. Symptoms include fatigue, breathlessness, numbness, poor balance, and memory trouble.
