Balpro Syrup

Balpro Syrup is a hepatoprotective which contains Phyllanthus niruri (Bhumiamalaki) Zingiber officinale Ardraka),Picrorhiza kurroa (Katuki), Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi), Terminalia chebula (Haritaki), Terminalia belerica (Vibhitaka), and Emblica officinalis (Amalaki).

Role of active ingredients:
Phyllanthus niruri (Bhumiamalaki) repairs and regenerates liver cells, protects hepatic parenchyma against hepato toxins caused by the drug, alcohol, virus. It improves appetite, digestion and ensures better assimilation of food.
Katuki shows significant cholagouge by increasing in bile flow, bile salts and bile acids.
Guduchi mediated through activation of kuppffer cells also helps in management of obstructive jaundice.
Amalaki shows hepatoprotective action against Anti tuberculosis drugs induced toxicity and also helps in normalizing elevated tissue lipid peroxide levels.
Haritaki shows excellent hepatoprotective and anthihepatotoxic effects against drug induced toxicities.
Vibhitaka has purgative, blood pressure depressant, antifungal, antihistaminic activity against viral hepatitis and vitiligo.
Amalaki is used as immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antiulcer and hepatoprotective agent.

Directions of use:
Two teaspoonful (10ml) two times a day or as directed by the physician.
