Bifido Capsule

Bifido is a hard gelatin probiotic preparation indicated for use as a dietary supplement. Bifido contains spores of lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus rhamnous, bifidobacterium longum and saccharomyces boulardi. According to WHO probiotics are ?live microorganisms which when administered in adequate amounts confer a health benefit on the host.? Probiotics are good bacteria that are present in the gut flora, they produce enzymes and also arrest the growth of harmful bacteria. Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) & bifidobacteria are the common microbes used as probiotics. Bifido is helpful in diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, and traveller's diarrhea.
