Bili Gard Syrup contains Tricholine Citrate, Inositol, Lysine, Ashwagandha, Liquorice, Bhuiamla, Kalmegh, Kutki, Punarnava, Bhringraj, and Guduchi.

Tricholine citrate exerts lipotropic action in the hepatic cells. Choline converts deposited fats into lecithin and other similar phospholipids.
Lecithin is a major component of high density lipoprotein (HDL) that mobilizes cell membrane cholesterol and promotes hepatic degeneration.
