Casvit Forte Plus Capsule contains Alpha Lipoic acid, Calcium Pantothenate, Chromium, Selenium, Folic acid, Inositol, Methylcobalamin, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin E.
 
Role of Key ingredient in Casvit Forte Plus Capsule:
Vitamin B1 increases transketolase activity, that can in turn decreases the buildup of detrimental glucose metabolites that can lead to advanced glycation end products (AGE), which may lead to diabetic complications. Vitamin B1 also prevents diabetic retinopathy. 
Vitamin B1 and Alpha-Lipoic Acid should be considered as first choices among pathogenetically oriented treatments of diabetic neuropathy.
The trio of Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) and Folic Acid helps in bringing down the plasma level of homocysteine, the major risk factor for Atherosclerosis.
