D.A.V. Kumaryasava also known as Kumari Asava, is a liquid Ayurvedic concoction. Kumari (Aloe vera) is the key ingredient in this concoction. It is used to treat liver disorders, asthma, piles, and neurological ailments. It can also help with digestive problems and menopausal symptoms.
