Dextrolyte Powder

Dextrolyte Powder is an Oral electrolyte solution containing Calcium lactate, Glucose, Magnesium sulfate, Potassium chloride, Sodium chloride, Sodium citrate, and Sodium phosphate monobasic.
Potassium chloride is an essential mineral for good organ and body function, prescribed in hypokalemia and needed for several functions in the body. Sodium chloride is a salt supplement used to treat low sodium. It helps maintain salt and water balance by pulling extra fluid out of a swollen area.
Calcium lactate is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets. It is used to treat conditions caused by low calcium levels such as bone loss (osteoporosis), weak bones (osteomalacia/rickets), decreased activity of the parathyroid gland (hypoparathyroidism), and a certain muscle disease (latent tetany). It may also be used in certain patients to make sure they are getting enough calcium (e.g., women who are pregnant, nursing, or postmenopausal).
