Information about Ferin Capsule
Ferin-12 capsule contains Ferrous Fumarate (Iron), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Zinc Sulphate and Vitamin C.
Ferin-12 contains iron, which is used for the prevention and treatment of low iron levels in the body and treatment of iron-deficiency anemia. It also contains cyanocobalamin and folic acid, which helps in maintaining the overall metabolic capacity and proper functioning of the body.
Cyanocobalamin contributes towards increases red cell formation, as well as nucleoprotein and myelin synthesis. Absence of folate acid prevents it from functioning properly. Together these three agents helps in addressing anemia, which might happen due to improper diet, increased nutritional needs during pregnancy and prolonged illnesses.
