Role of Active Ingredient
Folic Acid is an essential water soluble vitamin for nucleotide biosynthesis and remethylation of homocysteine. Folic acid supplement helps in the production of red blood cells (RBCs), synthesis of DNA, and boosts heart health. Folic acid is used to treat or prevent low folate levels due to poor diet, and certain stomach/intestinal problems as well.
Niacinaminde helps in release of energy & metabolism of Carbohydrates, Fats & Proteins. Sub clinical deficiency manifests as weakness, irritability, burning tongue etc.
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) works with the other B vitamins. It is important for body growth and red blood cell production.
