Gascidity Syrup  is a therapeutic digestive medication containing a balanced mix of Aluminium hydroxide, Dimethicone and Magnesium hydroxide.

Aluminium hydroxide is an antacid, which neutralises increased stomach acid. Dimethicone reduces flatulence and relieves abdominal pain or discomfort, which is due to excessive gas in the digestive tract.
