Each 1 gm of Gitzer Sachet contains Lactobacillus Acidophilus - 37.5 mg, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus - 25 mg, Bifidobacterium Longum - 25 mg, Bifidobacterium Bifidus - 25 mg, Saccharomyces Boulardii - 25 mg, Streptococcus Thermophillus - 25 mg and Fructo Oligo Saccharides - 300 mg.
 
Role of key ingredients:
Lactobacillus Acidophilus is a good bacteria or probiotic bacteria used to prevent diarrhoea and treats vaginal yeast infection.
Lactobacillus Rhamnosus is a probiotic bacteria which helps in preventing the growth of harmful bacteria present in stomach and intestine and used in dairy products.
Bifidobacterium Longum and Bifidobacterium Bifidus is a non-pathogenic probiotic present in GIT and the vagina helps in preventing the growth of harmful bacteria and also used as immunity booster.
Saccharomyces boulardii is a yeast used to treat and prevent diarrhea, including rotaviral diarrhoea in children, traveller's diarrhoea and diarrhoea associated with use of antibiotics.
Streptococcus Thermophillus is a probiotic which is used as a immunity booster.
Fructo-oligosaccharides is a prebiotic which is used to prevent constipation and traveler's diarrhoea.
