Product information

Hemsar XT Suspension used in the treatment of Anaemia. It contains Ferrous Ascorbate – 30 mg and Folic Acid – 550 mcg.

Role of key ingredients:
Ferrous ascorbate is an iron supplement used to prevent and treat iron deficiency. It has antianemic properties used for the blood formation. Iron is essential for the proper functioning of haemoglobin in carrying oxygen to the tissues from the lungs.
Folic acid is a water soluble type of vitamin B which helps to prevent and treat folate deficiency. Folic acid is necessary for the proper breaking down, use and creation of new proteins in the body, and also helps in the formation of red and white blood cells.
Hemsar XT Suspension is used to treat anaemia, iron deficiency, anaemia during pregnancy, nutritional deficiency, anaemia due to blood loss, and maintain haemoglobin level.
