Joincal Tablet contains Calcium Aspartate, Calcium Orotate, Calcitriol, Zinc, Magnesium Hydroxide, Hydroxocobalamin, and Folic Acid. Calcium plays an important role & is essential for normal functioning of nerves, cells, muscles & bones. Calcium makes up nearly 2 percent of total body weight & more than 99 percent of calcium found in bones. If there is not enough calcium in blood than the body takes calcium from bones & bones become weak. Right amount of calcium is important for building & keeping strong bones.
