Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) present in the capsule is important in contributing towards increasing the haemoglobin levels of the females and increased amount of folate ion is also required during pregnancy.
Docosahexaenoic Acid, a fatty acid present in other mammals but us, is used as a supplement for the better mental development of the babies. Naturallyt, DHA is present only in the mothers' milk. It plays a key role in the development of eyes and nervous system, greatly reduces the chances of heart related diseases and also reduces the levels of triglycerides in the blood.
