Mecobex tablet is a combination of methylcobalamin, pyridoxine, thiamine and folic acid. Methylcobalamin is used in peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy etc. It is a form of vitamin B12. This vitamin is one of the two active coenzymes used by B-12 dependent enzymes in the body.
Methylcobalamin is an essential nutrient that helps the body to make healthy red blood cells and nerve cells.Methylcobalamin normalizes protein transport in the cells of diabetic patient. It exhibits inhibitory effects on nerve degeneration in people with neuropathies.
