Directions for Use:
For cold use:

• Store it in the freezer for approximately to freeze the gel

For hot use:

• Bring the water to a boil

• Remove from heat and immerse the gel pack for approximately 4-10 minutes

• After 4 minutes, check every 1 minute to see if the desired temperature has been reached
