REPL Pilelex Drop (30ml Each) is a homoeopathic formulation that helps provide relief in painful and bleeding piles. It helps manage swollen piles, constipation with heavy pressure in the lower part of the abdomen, constipation with violent rectal pain, bleeding and burning sensation in the anus, tearing or violent pain during and after stool, itching in the anus, internal piles and diarrhoea.
