Karela capsule contains Karavellaka (Momordia charantia) fruit extract. It contains contain constituents that act like insulin to help reduce blood sugar levels. They support restoration of functional pancreatic beta cells that secrete insulin in the body, and helps maintain healthy glucose levels.
