Directions For Use:

• Snap off about 18 inches (45 cm) of the floss

• Wind the floss around the middle fingers of each hand, leaving about 2.25 inches (6 cm) of floss in between

• Gently guide the floss between teeth and then use an up-and-down motion to clean, taking care to avoid the gums

• Using a clean section of the floss, repeat the procedure for each tooth

• Never snap the floss into the gums. When the floss reaches the gum line, curve it into a C-shape against one tooth and gently slide it into the space between the gum and tooth. Stop when you feel resistance

• The gums may feel sore or might bleed for the first 5-6 days after using the floss. Do not be alarmed. As the plaque is removed every day, the gums will regain their health and the bleeding will stop. If the bleeding continues, consult a dentist
