Directions For Use:
Cold Therapy

• Take the gel pack out of the sleeve and freeze it for around 2 hours

• Insert it into the Multiwrap pocket and wear it on the affected body part

Hot Therapy

• Heat the gel pack in the microwave for 15 seconds on each side with 800 watts and 10 seconds for 100 watts

• Knead the gel well to dis- tribute the heat properly
