Directions for Use:

• For cold compress: Preserve the pack in a freezer at about 0 degrees for a minimum of one hour

• For hot compress: Place the gel pouch in a microwave and heat for 45 seconds on 800 watts power or heat sufficient water to boiling temperature and place the gel pouch in it for 10 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached
