Dexoram P Eye/Ear Drops is a combination of two antibiotics (Chloramphenicol, Polymyxin B) and a steroid (Dexamethasone). The antibiotics work by killing the bacteria or stopping their growth. Together, they treat your eye/ear infection effectively. The steroid blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye/ear red, swollen and itchy.
