What is Medler Plus Tablet?

Medler Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Chlorpheniramine, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Phenylephrine. This combination helps to relieve symptoms of cold like runny nose, watery eyes, fever and headache. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic. The 3 and half month vaccination injection is given on today. His potty from past 3-4 days is greenish with bubbles, so doctor gave him syrum ibugesic plus, medler and ecosafe powder.
