Milrinol Injection is a medicine used for short-term treatment of heart failure. It is also used to treat patients with a poorly functioning heart after heart surgery. It makes the heart pump blood more efficiently.

Kidney

Milrinol Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Milrinol Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Milrinol Injection is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Milrinol Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
