Persistent high arterial blood pressure above 120/80 mm HG is termed as pre-hypertension or hypertension, but the point to be emphasized is that this rise in blood pressure is persistent. Transient increase in BP occurs in stress and anxiety and needs to be treated accordingly.

My son is 17.5 months old.he is suffering from cough and cold from last 5 days. I am giving a dose of maxtra twice a day. But it seems he got cough in his chest. Should I start any antibiotic. I have following at home unused syrup. Please suggest me what should I start. 1. Cephalexin oral suspension dry syrup 30 ml 2. Azithromycin Oral Suspension AZEE 100 DRY SYRUP 3. Levosalbutamol syrup 1mg/5ml 4. Tixylix new(promethazine hydrochloride & pholcodine cough linctus) 5. Macfast 250 (acetaminophen oral suspension USP) 6. NORMET SUSPENSION (ofloxacin & ornidazole suspension) 7. Omnacortil forte 15mg/5ml ( Prednisolone sodium phosphate syrup) 8. Ambrosio syrup.

My son have 9 times loose motion yesterday and today 6 times. Only eating milk. Others foods also eat little bit. Yesterday vomit only one time today not. No fever. He is playing well and eating little bit. After asking doctor I have given suspension Zn 20 today 2.5ml bd. But not working. Can I give NORMET suspension. Please reply.
