Product introduction

Perfact Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. Take it in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.

This medicine may cause few common side effects such as loss of appetite, diarrhea, indigestion, allergic reaction, sleepiness, and vertigo. If you experience any such side effects that do not go away or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing them.

Before using the medicine, you should tell your doctor if you have any other medical conditions or disorders. To make sure it is safe, you should also tell your doctor all the other medicines you are taking. It should be used with caution in patients who are alcoholic or have liver or kidney disease. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors first before using the medicine.

Perfact Tablet is a combination medicine that effectively relieves symptoms of the common cold, such as a blocked nose, runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, and congestion or stuffiness. It helps loosen thick mucus, making it easier to cough out. It also shrinks the blood vessels and provides rapid relief that lasts for several hours. These actions make breathing easier.

Perfact Tablet is safe and effective. It usually starts to work within a few minutes, and the effects can last up to several hours. Take it as prescribed by your doctor, and do not stop using it unless you are advised otherwise.

Perfact Tablet is a combination of three medicines:.

  • Perfact Tablet is used to get relief from the symptoms of common cold.
  • Do not take Perfact Tablet with any other medicine containing (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first.
  • Stick to simple meals and avoid fatty or spicy foods to avoid nausea after taking Perfact Tablet.
  • Along with taking Perfact Tablet do the following simple tips at home to get relief:
    1. Steam inhalation.
    2. Gargling with warm saltwater.
    3. Apply vapor rubs on chest, back if needed. Take enough rest.
    4. Take warm food and fluid only. Ensure adequate fluid intake.
    5. Advise hygiene measures to reduce spread: frequent hand-washing, avoiding sharing towels, pillowcase, etc.
  • Call your doctor if your symptoms have not improved within seven days of treatment.

Larger doses or prolonged use of Perfact Tablet may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby

Perfact Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Perfact Tablet may cause headaches, blurred vision, dizziness or drowsiness in some patients. This may affect your ability to drive.
Kidney

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Perfact Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Perfact Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Perfact Tablet may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Liver

CAUTION
Perfact Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Perfact Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Perfact Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
