At present you needs to take insulin and medicines are regularly on time. Get diabetic diet chart from your diabatologist and follow it. Do exercise regularly and stay regular follow up with your doctor. If sugar level is about to reach in control , you can reduce the dose of insulin with the advice of your doctor and can stop after reach in normal limits.
