Taking too much Citical D3 Injection for an extended period may increase calcium levels in the blood (hypercalcemia). Citical D3 Injection is a form of vitamin D used as a supplement in patients with vitamin D deficiency. The daily requirement of Vitamin D3 is 4000 IU/day. Since your diet may not meet the daily requirement of Vitamin D3, you may need 1000 - 3000 IU/day of Vitamin D3 supplements.
