Chlorthalidone + Efonidipine is a combination of diuretic and vasorelaxant medications. Chlorthalidone causes the kidneys to get rid of unneeded water and salt from the body into the urine. It leads to reduction in blood volume. Efonidipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels. Both ingredients work to reduce blood pressure.

Yes, though it does not occur in everyone, Multicure 0.2% Mouth Wash may stain your teeth and tongue. Staining is not permanent and may disappear after discontinuation of treatment. Brushing the teeth with regular toothpaste before using Multicure 0.2% Mouth Wash can prevent staining. You should also avoid tannin-containing food and drinks such as tea and coffee.
